| When I reserved the room, I asked for a non-smoking room. The 1st room we were assigned to smelled like cigarette smoke. We immediately turned around and went back to the desk and were told that the previous weekend was the Superbowl weekend in Indianapolis and, because of that, a LOT of people were smoking in their rooms that shouldn't have been. When we got reassigned another room, it smelled even worse. I didnt complain that time because I figured that any room I got would be filled with smoke. It just irritated me that, every time we entered the room, we could smell it.
Otherwise, the hotel was fine. Good service and continental breakfast--except for a toaster that didnt work exceptionally well. |

| We were visiting Indy for the Big Ten Championship game and needed an easy on off commute to the Colts stadium at a reasonable price.
The service was great, clean and exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was not in the best shape and the area it was located didn't have much to offer. But we were not there to visit Greenwood. |

| We love the Baymont Inn in Greenwood. Sabrina the front desk person is awesome. She always makes us feel at home everytime we go there which has been 11 times in the last year. The only thing I would ask is that the hot tub be hot instead of luke warm and that they put a mat just outside the hot tub so no one would fall on the slick floor. I would highly recommend this hotel everyone I know. |

| We rented the hotel in Greenwood for New Year's Eve, and when checking in, did not have the friendliest of hotel clerks, and when asking about the pool hours, was told that it may be closed due to chlorine levels, and when I told her to check first as that was important to us to have the use of the pool, started to take the credit card and check me in anyway, and when I asked again for her to check first, as that would be a deal breaker, said that there would not be anything that could be done anyway as it was paid through a third party and we would have to go to them for a refund. Luckilly the pool was to be open the next morning. However, the door was really hard to open to the pool with the card key, and the hot tub was not hot at all, and the swimming pool almost too warm.
As for the room, the refrigerator was not very cold, and the knob that controlled it was broken off. One of the outlets by the table in the room did not work to charge my cell phone, and the one behind the night stand was popping out of the wall and was probably not safe to use. I started to set the alarm clock, and the clock was not plugged in and the cord all bound up like the clock was brand new, but could have been plugged in and set with the time already, but we had to do that. The curtain on the window was not hung right over the edge of the window or was broken, and let light into the room all night, and the pillows were very uncomfortable on the bed. Also, in the shower, the water went out all over the bathroom floor in front of the shower when used, even with the curved shower rod, and with the tile floors almost led to disaster getting out of the tub.
The only good thing was the nice older gentlemen hotel clerk that worked the morning of New Years' day, and was very nice and professional, and the room was clean and the breakfast was good. |

| this hotel is not bad for the money....if you have to have all the bells and whistles this is not the hotel for you, but if you just need a clean quite place to sleep, this one is fine. |

| This is the 3rd year i have stayed here. The place is very well maintained, clean and has restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Right off 65 south. Excellent cost value. The staff are very nice and accomodative. Highly recommend and I travel frequently |

| Perfect location for shopping, minutes to everything. Right off 65, easy to find. Room was clean and kept. Breakfast was good for free; cereal, muffins, juice, coffee. It was reasonable for what we got and what little we paid. Desk clerk was nice and friendly and very helpful. Morning employee was friendly and restocked the breakfast items as needed.
Would recommend and come back next time I want to shop the area.
Less than 15 minutes away from Lucas Stadium. |

| I thought overall the hotel experience was okay. The breakfast was poor-frozen waffles and cereal. Most hotels these days at least have a waffle maker to make fresh belgin waffles but these were the frozen kind. Also, the heat in the room did not work so we did not sleep at all but froze. Told the front desk, but maintainance did not get there until 9 am so by that time it was ready to go. Overall-I dont think it was worth it. |

| Easy access to I 65, but ask for a room that is not on the traffic side. Also, the breakfast doesn't consist of very much, but Denny's Restaurant is next door. |
