| Requested a non-smoking room and the first room we got was terible. The cigarette smoke smell was overwelming. We requested a second non-smoking room. This room was a little better but still had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. By morning the smell was terrible and we couldn't wait to get out of the room. Our clothes were smelling like smoke three days later after we got home. |

| It's the kind of place that offers monthly rates, where people actually live. There were groups of people congregated outside of certain rooms, lessing my sense of security. Also, the police department was there at 7:00a making an arrest with the help of a Sheriff's paddy-wagon. |

| The beds were uncomfortable and the remote fot the TV did not work. It was ok for the money I paid. |

| My brother arrived early to this hotel and were forced to wait about an hour for any one to answer the door to the office. While not the worst treatment they could have done, we were tired and really just wanted to check in. The woman at the desk did give us a little bit of an attitude when we tried to check in. Otherwise, the room was nice and they had the AC going for us before we got there. They didn't give us any trouble when we asked for more pillows but for the price we were paying we thought the room was a little basic. Not even a cassette or DvD player. |

| 1) Room was not cleaned well after last occupant.
2) Bathtub would not drain well during shower (ankle deep)
3) Room was damp and musty spelling
4) Wet carpet from leaking refrigerator
5) Prank calls at 1:30 a.m.
6) No ice machine
Conditions caused lack of sleep and forced me to change hotels
Overall a very bad experience |

| Upon the initial arrival there were gangs of people outside which gave us an eerie feeling. On the first night we didn't rest well unsure about our saftey.
The inside of the room was pleasant and the longer we were there the more secure we felt for our personal safety and that of our personal possessions. |
