| I had booked the room 4 months ahead of time. After a four hour drive, I arrived at 11:30pm, only to be told that I was spending the night at another hotel because they had booked a large group and bumped me.
So I was downgraded from a suite to a regular room,and had to pack and unpack on the first day of a very hectic 4-day conference. The hotel did sign me up to comp a future stay at a hotel in their chain.
So, on the 2nd day, I moved into my suite.
The room's wall unit heater/cooler was very loud. The refrigerator was loud, and the toilet never stopped running. I notified the desk about the toilet on the first day but it was never fixed.
This place is adequate, but the room smelled kind of funky and I would not stay here again. |

| We were so very comfortable and relaxed here! This is the only hotel we will be staying at from now on in Indy. We have stayed at the Radisson, and several other nice hotels, but Candlewood had everything we wanted with location, indoor pool/ jaccuzi, kitchenette, laundry, wifi, and no hidden charges. Staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful ! |

| This location was a short drive from downtown and worth saving the extra money. Very clean suites with full size fridge, hardwood floor in the kitchen area, stove top, microwave, nice sized bathroom, free Wifi was very nice. The bed was very comfy and room very clean. |

| The hotel itself is nice. One of the newer ones near the airport. However, the location is leaves something to be desired. Surrounded by construction on the freeways, not very friendly walking in terms of lack of sidewalks, etc., makes this hard to stay at for an extended period of time. But if you're looking to be near the airport on an overnight, the hotel itself has nice amenities. Pool, exercise room, food pantry, it's a very good choice with a friendly staff. |

| This was about as good as it gets for the money. The room was perfect, the staff was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay. Someone previously mentioned the towel situation and that is the only thing that I could even dream of being improved, but that would be the only change that I would suggest. Thank you and your staff for a terriffic stay. |

| I know 4 stars seems strange when I listed every thing as 5. Hotal was great,easy to get to but no restaurant in the building, did have kitchen but didn't see a store close by. Denny's was the only restraurant that was close without getting back on the interstate or going into the neighborhoods. I would recommend it |

| The hotel was 10 minutes from Downtown, easy ride and the room and lobby was clean, offered a pool and hot tub- Worth the money- people working there were very friendly |

| Hotel was average. Didn't like that we had to go to the front desk each day; exchange dirty towels for clean-housekeepng cleans one time a week. Did not have a grocery store within walking distance.(Group took coach bus for competition, so vehicle not avail) |

| Be careful if you google the address for exact locations that you put Bradbury AVE and not DR or else you will find yourself at a residential street! A call to the hotel and they gave us directions right to it =) They also gave us very friendly directions to our destination downtown.
Our room was very clean, had a beautiful kitchenette, flatscreen LCD TV, extremely comfortable pillows and bed...it was perfect for our one night stay in Indy and only ~4miles from downtown. We have stayed at another Candelwood Suites in Indy that was nice too but this hotel's bed/pillows were much more comfortable. |
