| Hotel front desk personnel were extremely pleasant. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Complimentary hot breakfast was nice. The hotel was a five minute drive at most from Indiana University. |

| Rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet with a nice decor. Staff was friendly. Queen beds and pet friendly were the deciding factors for our family choosing to stay there while in Bloomington and we were extremely pleased with our choice. |

| A clean, friendly hotel, with friendly, welcoming staff. Variety of items for breakfast was very good, enough to start one's day. My only suggestion is a more visible, larger sign of the hotel be created. Could not find the hotel because of its location next to another hotel that blocks seeing the Comfort Inn. Had to stop and ask for help in finding the Comfort Inn. Will definitely return to hotel. |

| Comfortable room and bed. Not real fond of the squeaky sliding door on the bathroom, but overall, a nice place to spend a night. |

| I had to grab a room on a day's notice and was price-sensitive. The hotel is not the cheapest in the area, but more affordable than some others. The bed was comfy and the entire hotel was clean. The shower head pressure was a bit low. The free breakfast was a plus, but I can't vouch for the hot food since I was in a hurry to get out the door and grabbed what was portable: coffee and a muffin. Overall, a decent night's stay and I would visit again. |

| The hotel employees were pleasant and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable too. Nice rooms, breakfasts and free internet are the main reasons I stay at Comfort Inns, and this one lived up to expectations. |

| This is a very nice hotel with modern clean rooms and very helpful staff. The hotel is close to the IU campus and there are lots of good close places to dine.
The signage for the hotel isn't very good from the highway, so look for the sign for the Crown Plaza and the Comfort Inn is right behind it. |

| The cleaning staff needs to do a better job cleaning the room and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. |
