| hotel .com charged me and comfort inn charged me. overdrawn my bank acct. causin y of extra work for me ! other than that , it was a nice place to stay! |

| Great service, except when you need to be at the airport before 5:00am. Service starts at 5 and shops at 12 midnight. Be aware if you require early sport transportation. All other quality of this property were great. |

| It was in the area we wanted to stay. The hotel is older. Staff was very nice and took care of our needs. I just prefer to saty in newer facilities |

| Check-in was simple. The hotel was quiet and easy to find, and close to restaurants, stores, and a great winery. Only opportunity for improvement I saw was that the carpets in the hallways. Was in need of a good cleaning. |

| The hotel was just mediocre -- quiet old and not updated. The hotel was easy enough to find, but there was not much around as far as quality eating places or shopping. |

| The hits: very good location (next to McDonalds and across the steet from many restaurants), nice clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, nice work area, many TV stations, refrigerator and microwave in room, friendly service.
The misses: telephone in room did not work, coffee maker in room did not work, no bath mat provided, fewer towels in bathroom than I would have expected. |

| I was generally satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and our king size bed was very comfortable for my wife and me. The staff was freindly and the breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that there seems to be some maintenance issues. The night that we were there, we experienced some elevator troubles when the elevator would not move after the doors closed and then an alarm sounded. We got the doors open and took the stairs for the rest of our stay! We stayed here with another couple and they explained to my wife and me that the heater in their room started to smoke until they finally shut the unit off. Apparently the fire alarm never sounded? The hotel is conveniently placed near some restaurants and there is a nice winery down the street. |

| We had to wait several min. before anyone even noticed we were there to check in. I had to call the office 5 or 6 times to get a wake up call. Nobody ever answered the phone. Someone did call back to see what I needed. They wouldn't bring a bag for durty laundry to the room. I had to go down to get it.
I just felt that the service of the staff could have been more heplfull and promt. |
