| Extremely quiet and comfortable. Only detractor was the fact it was a non-smoking room that smelled like it had been a smoking room not that long ago. |

| The staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel is easy to find, and in a good location. My room was clean and smelled fresh. The hot breakfast was very delicious, and plentifull. My only complaints are the showerhead, water pressure, old style TV.
I would stay again, and recommend to family/friends. |

| Over all, I was very satisfied with the hotel, except for the indoor pool. Usually when an indoor pool is available, it is heated. |

| we stayed at the Comfort Inn Shelbyville for one nite on the way home from a family outing....The room was excellent, very large, clean and the nite clerk staff went out of their way to see to our comfort...would definitely stay here again..... |

| Very nice hotel, close to casino and eateries, quiet halls, no barking dogs or children running in halls. Comfortable clean room. |

| I enjoyed my stay there everything was clean and orderly. Guest attendance was polite and helpful for place to eat with children. They had fresh baked cookies in the lobby and the location was very close to where I had to go for my meeting. |

| The stay was great. Room was very clean and very nice!!! Bed was comfortable - wonderful covers, and the bathroom was big and the shower provided HOT water. (In which you don't find very often in some hotels!)
The only issue was the neighbors in the next room came in at 1:45 AM.... very loud and annoying. I called the front desk and they took care of the issue. Which was very ..very kind of them!! Excellent care and service!! |

| The room was clean and well appointed. The ventilation system was not great. We had to open a window and turn on the air to get circulation and cooling. The window open right by the highway was loud but did provide cooling and fresh air in the room. |

| The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and met all of our needs. The breakfast was very good with quite a variety of choices. We would stay here again. |

| We stayed at this hotel mainly because of its location to Indiana Downs. But we were very pleased with how comfy the beds were and the ability to have our ready early for us to check in before all the great happenings at the racetrack for Quarter Horse Day. |
