| This hotel room was nicer than the more pricey one that we stayed in the same week downtown. The drive downtown was easy. The surroundings of this hotel were not the best or the worst but we felt safe. Free breakfast is a plus. Staff was super nice! |

| First, let me say that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. With that said, when we booked the hotel suite it was advertised with a jacuzzi in the suite, but failed to have this. This was not a huge deal, just more of a disappointment that we didn't get what we thought we were paying for. Also, there were tiny gnats coming out of the shower drain that spread into the room. Our friends stayed in the room nextdoor and they had the same problem. I don't know that the bugs were harmful, but more annoying that they were there. I doubt that we will stay at this particular hotel again simply because of the bug factor which is a shame because the building itself seemed very nice and the staff were great. |

| Everything was clean but the beds were not comfortable and I thought the pool closed to early. Overall my stay was good. |

| Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The workout room was fairly decent with a few machines available. The breakfasts served were above and beyond. What we didn't care for was close restaurant locations for late night. Other than that, a fantastic stay! |

| Hotel was ok, not in a good location for food, not much variety and nothing very close( luckily I had a rental car), overall it was ok, I would stay again |

| I picked my daughter up from the Indianapolis Airport. It was late, so we decided to stay overnight and travel back home in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean and the beds were nice. The staff was helpful and kind. WIll definitely stay here again. My one criticisim pertains to the the complimentary breakfast buffett; it would be nice to have a breakfast meat option instead of eggs as the only protien. Overall - great stay! |

| i booked this hotel thinking it was a different one from before..boy am i glad of the error.. this hotel was alot better than our last hotel..location was perfect right off the highway with very minimal noise...beds were very comfortable. ..room was very clean and spacious. the only negative thing i have to say is the pool was way too cold, so we just hung out in the hot tub. we are already planning our trip for next year since we go annually, and this hotel is number one on our list. |

| Had a suite because we had two grandkids with. Two queen size beds & a pull out couch. Had plenty of room and the pool was good for the kids. Need a car for this location but ok because we drove from Chicago. They need more tables in the breakfast area. People were waiting for tables. Also only two luggage carts. Hard to get a cart when everyone is checking out at the same time. Over all, the accomodations were good,. |
