| rooms and public areas somewhat run down, needs new (or just cleaner) carpet throughout. Mattresses soft, room furnishings show signs of age. Wireless internet is advertised, but I had no access from my room on the fourth floor. |

| Bed, towels, bathroom were all fine, but the building is not well maintained. The price was high, probably because of the IU football game that day. |

| Fit the description of earlier reviewers. There was no functional pool; the elevator had seen better days, the bathroom needed caulk and the towels were a bit rough, but the location was great, staff was friendly, breakfast was OK and the bed was comfortable and clean |

| I stayed here with my boyfriend while we moved him into IU for the fall. The best thing was easy access to Bloomington if you have a vehicle. The bed was comfortable enough, and while the rest of the hotel was a bit sketch looking, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The "continental breakfast" was not exactly top of the line, and the "free high speed wi-fi" only worked about 10% of the time, but we paid very little for it, so I can't complain too much. |

| Hotel under new management and was a good room with a hot shower. Near the Indiana University Campus (walking distance from the Arena, Stadium, and Tennis Courts). Desk clerk was friendly and accomodating. Well worth the price. |

| At first I thought it was going to fall down around me. Then I found out it was under new management. I felt it was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The next time I visit I'm sure it will be better. |

| Not the nicest hotel I've stayed at, but for the price and location, I can't complain too much. Although outside and hallways could be cleaned, room was fine and was cleaned well daily. If you need a place to stay for a weekend at IU and don't want to spend a lot, this place is worth checking out (close to hwy, stadium, bars, etc.). |

| When things get booked up in Bloomington (i.e. during Little 500, homecoming, and so on), stay here. It's expensive, and you don't get much, but the location is great. |
