Recent Courtyard Marriott Carmel Review: "From the moment we entered the hotel we were met very professionally with great courtesy and a willingness to please. Our room was beautiful,clean and comfortable. We chose the standard king with breakfast and were delighted with the breakfast each morning. We could choose the expanded buffet or off the menu. Eating by the fireplace on cool mornings was delightful for a Florida couple. Thank you so much for this wonderful vacation experience."

| We chose the hotel for its location mainly, and were not disappointed: only six miles away from Indianapolis' Broad Ripple Village. The room was nice and its size absolutely sufficient for two nights' stay, the bed very comfortable, and the hotel staff very accommodating -- I asked whether there was a fridge in the room, and one was brought up immediately. Also, when there was a problem with the desk chair, they supplied me with a different chair within 30 minutes. We would definitely stay there again. |

| We were a late check-in. At the check in desk, we dealt with Jennifer - what a great representative for Mariott Hotels. She is customer oriented - to the max!! What a pleasant person!
She answered all my questions - in person at initial check-in and multiple phone calls throughout the evening.

| Booked through hotel.com with free breakfast & $25.00 gift card. When going to breakfast, found out that they should have given me a coupon at check in. Had to go to the front desk to request $25.00 gift card. They were out and asked for address to send it to me. We will see if I get it. |

| Stayed one night. Easy check in and out. Room was clean without issues. We needed to call for a remote for the tv, but we received one within 30 minutes. Hotel has an indoor pool. Easy access right off 465. |

| Very nice location in reference to Indianapolis. To get into Indianapolis by either taking Meridian or 465 makes either a scenic or quick to access the city. A very comfortable breakfast situation within the Courtyard complex. Don't miss this opportunity to experience a fine hotel. |

| Our room was very comfy and clean. The breakfast buffet was tasty. My only complaint is that the "free wireless" would not work on our iPhones. |
