| The Courtyard in Carmel was nice. The hotel is non-smoking which was a big draw for us. While in our room we could smell someone smoking. We called the office and they took care of it right away. This was a good, nicely-maintained hotel. The pool was good--clean and good temperature. The hot tub was nice too. Many restaurants within a short drive. We would stay there again if in the area. |

| Easy to check in and out. If you buy breakfast w/your stay, draw attention to it at check in; otherwise, it is confusing when you receive a bill at breakfast. Comfortable, quite room. Very close to 465. |

| Our stay was mostly positive. The hotel is in a great location and was mostly clean. However, the hallway carpeting was stained and guests were putting their garbage - pizza boxes as well as other garbage in the hall. It all sat there until the next day, making the halls undesirable. Saturday morning breakfast was a fiasco as the staff was not prepared for the number of guests. I wiped a table for my family to sit at. It was a struggle to get a clean plate, silverware, etc. I do have to say that the staff semend to be doing their best with a bad situation and the following day was much better. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again as it was convenient t o the Children's museum and the rate was good. |

| This hotel was conveniently located with a great price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indianapolis. |

| Although comp. breakfast was very good the whole experience left a lot to be desired. It was about 8 AM and after filling our plates we found out there was no clean silverware. Sat and watched our food getting cold while we waited for someone to hand deliver silverware to us and everyone else who came before and after us. There were also no glasses for juice and the fresh fruit bowls ALL needed to be refilled. Sweet rolls and muffins also needed to be replenished. The entire experience was very disappointing. We will not be staying at any of your properties again. |

| The hotel was excellent. Comfy beds, everything clean,everybody helpful and very pleasant, and the pool and especially the hot tub worked!!!!!

| I was very happy when we showed up to the hotel on a Saturday morning around 10:30 and was able to get into my room right away. The lobby was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Room was very nice also. We didn't get a chance to eat there so I can't comment on the food. It was a very very hot day and we were only around the pool long enough to stick our feet in it. The water seemed very warm, so I don't know how refreshing it would have been to go for a swim.
Would definitely stay there again. |
