| I was met by a young lady at the reception desk. I asked to change my room to a king bed (same cost as room i booked) and was not given any consideration whatsoever. I even showed her my confirmation sheet showing the price of the room to show that it was the same price, but she would not budge or even ask the manager. I thought that she could have been more accommodating to my simple request. |

| Our room was clean, ready for us, and check in and out was a breeze. Our bed could have been better----it was not comfortable annd the fitted sheets and mattress pad kept coming off in the middle of the night----ugh! They need better sheets! |

| I'm writing this review because I always try to look at reviews of the places I'm planning to stay.
This is a great hotel. It is in a great location and the rooms are very nice. The bed was one of the best I've slept in away from home. It was very soft. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels and all the necessities. Whenever I travel to Kokomo, I will stay in this hotel. |

| They offer a complimentary cocktail hour Monday through Friday and a buffet breakfast (for a nominal fee). This was a nice surprise. My only suggestion is that the front desk should have told us about these services when we checked in. We found out about them from signs in the elevator, and then inquired at the front desk. |

| the room was very clean,we had to go down stairs three times to tell the clerk that the room card was not activated the kept telling us it was. they finally found out the room key they gave us didnt work with that room and switched us to a different room. then at three a.m. people were runnung and yeling down the hallway. Each time i went to the door they would run to the stairs. this went on for an hour unil someone stopped them. |
