| The room was ok, we expected a mini fridge but there wasn't one. The air conditioning in the unit never worked properly after calling maintenance twice. Door handle fell off, they repaired in a timely manor. Other than the heat issue the hotel was just ok. |

| We stayed here for a conference that we attended downtown. It was half the price and only about a 15 minute drive. It was great! |

| WE LOVED THE LOUNGE WHICH OFFERED FREE DRINKS AND SNACK. AND THE WIRELESS ONLINE WAS GREAT TOO. BED COMFORTABLE. |

| Right on the airport, very convenient to I465 for our meetings. However, the sink took nearly 25 minutes to drain, my co-worker's door barely opened or closed (without a stiff kick), and the entire facility overall felt....a little dated I think.
We had catered lunches both days, which were slightly disappointing, but that may be more on the training people not the hotel. The bar staff was very friendly, and the restaurant had decent enough service and food...prices were ok there too. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. |

| This Crowne Plaza should be in the level of Holiday Inn, the room and bathroom are too small. Overall, the room is nice and clean, but could use more space. |

| We stayed at the Crowne Plaza the night before our flight. Good location near the airport (short drive to the airport). Clean. Friendly staff. We have stayed at this hotel several times now, and we will stay there again. |

| The hotel is okay for a stop over but not any longer.
I found the corridors etc to be a bit shabby. Room was okay. I tend to expect a little better from Crowne Plaza. The restaurant/bar produces good food though. Location convenient enough but don't expect anything other than being on the side of a highway. |

| Quite a distance from the airport, even though the shuttle does collect you. Rooms are very nice, and the hotel is fine, but it is right at the take off end of the runway so if you are a light sleeper you may want to rethink! |

| Hotel was very clean, accomodating (they let me check in at 11AM following an international flight rather than make me wait until 3PM), and swimming pool great. Stayed with my 4 yr old son who loved it as well. Ordered room service because no other option for food. Nothing around except other hotels. Food was good but more than I wanted to spend. I heard the planes flying over at first but then didn't notice them after a while. Would definitely stay again. |
