Recent Crowne Plaza Review: "Half way home to Georgia, our sons realized they had left one pillow and a phone charger. I called the next day. The manager on duty at the time said he would check and call me back. He returned my call in less than 15 min. (!) with the news that they do have our things. He packed the things up and mailed them to us. They arrived safetly and I was very impressed. We already have reservations for next month, and we are looking forward to going back."

| I needed to do some unexpected, but very important faxing... repeatedly. No problem. I don't mean they just did it... most any hotel would. I mean they did it cheerfully. My wife forgot some items in the closet after we were already on our next leg of the trip, 50 miles away. Again, cheeful and helpful. By two days after we arrived back home, there was our package.
Restaurant is handy.
Location very close to IU, but just far enough to be out of the traffic. |

| Very nice clean hotel, with lots of amenities and close to the down town area, freeways and places to eat. Very clean and upscale room with large king size bed.
Only drawback, went for breakfast at 10:45 and already closed and not open for lunch, otherwise very nice hotel. |
