the pool is in a great location and the food was beyond what i expected. they have a great chef.
the only downsize was, there was no fridge or microwave in my room. you need an upgraded room to get a micro and fridge. i thought it was standard from the other opinions that i had read prior to booking a room."

| we ordered room service- told it would be roughly 30 minutes
after 75 minuted i called to ask where the food was. I was surprised to hear that they were now closed for the night. It turns out that the room service was never delivered as they had the wrong room number- how does that occur????
also, asked and received a late checkout- we were both tired and looked forward to sleeping in late. Regardless, an anoying housekeeper was knowcking and screaming at out door at 7:30 am on a sunday- she would not leave.
I question whether any communication is effectively transmitted at this hotel- would not recommend it to anyone!! |

| The hotel is easily accessed from the Interstate and easy to lget on the Interstate again. There are not too many places to eat at midnight in the area.
We were directed to Stake & Shake about a mile away, which was good. |

| Nice rooms, but nothing extra- no continental breakfast, internet access, etc. We were in a room for four people and were given 3 towels and no bath mat. Odd items missing that would have made the hotel stay better. |

| My children and I were extremely pleased when we arrived at the hotel. The service and overlook look of the hotel is very appealing. Although the room was very noisy. We could hear everything going on from the ground through the window, airplanes flying into the airport, and the rucus in the hallway was terrible. There was an intoxicated guest talking loudly on his cell phone right outside our door most of the night. The next morning I was in the bathroom preparing to go the airport at about 4:30 am when I could hear the same guest from the night before vomitting his bathroom like he was in mine! It was awful! |
