| Company normally put us up at another chain. Due to last week schedule to going to Super Bowl, we stayed at the your Cloverdale property. I was impressed. Nice staff. Clean, quiet. |

| Overall it had all of the amenities I would be looking for including a microwave, a small refrigerator, an ironing board & a hair dryer.
There were convenience stores closeby and a truckstop style diner.
The problem is there is nothing important to see in the immediate area. Indianapolis is approximately 40 miles from there. And the hotel itself, while convenient was on the old side.
It was a relatively quiet area. Not bad overall. |

| The hotel was clean, quiet and the front desk people were friendly.
The only thing I didn't like was the brown itchy blanket. |

| We did not pay much and we did not expect much. We have stayed here before and for one night it meets our needs.
Basically it was just a place to spend the night. It is getting old and worn down. |

| Everything was just great, except for one thing, and when I reported that to a housekeeper she wrote it down and promised to follow up on it. The problem was that one of us was walking barefoot and picked up enough dirt from the carpet that she had to wash her feet before she could get dressed. The housekeeper said the rugs had been cleaned recently, so she would report the problem. She thanked me. I felt that they were trying to stay on top of any such problems.
I ate in the breakfast area, but half an hour later when my daughter went there, almost everything was gone; perhaps they need to put out a bit more breakfast stuff. |

| When I serched Hotel.com I was asked how many adults and children planing to stay. I indicated 3 adults and 1 child. The search came up with this hotel in excelllent location and resonable price. When section of rooms came up it showed 2 double beds (which I could deal with), but they charged $5.00 for the extra person. They stated it was a 2 adult maximum..?? They would frown on replenishing our cooler with thier ice machine. Towels and sample shampoo were not in bathroom, and you had step out to retrive. |

| I've stayed here before and had always been pleased. This time, they needed to spray for bugs. I know it's that time of year, but we killed several things crawling across the floor while we were there. |
