| Only real complaint we would have is: Checkout time was 11am, house keeping was knocking on door 45 min early. Couldn't understand when I told her in English that we'd be at least 15 more min, before we would be ready to leave. |

| The stay was fine. The gym left a lot to be desired with broken and old equipment. The staff as we were leaving blocked our way with the laundry cart. I felt it was rather rude of her to do so as we were right behind her. no apology, was disappointed in the lack of manners. |

| rooms could have a little updating, the pool stunk really bad . looks big online but was actually small. the smell was horrible, glad i wasn't staying long. |

| the breakfast was really poor, I usually don't complain, but the orange juice was watered down, and served in paper shot glasses, coffee always ran out, no bananas. |

| Hotel was a good value for the price paid. They did miss making up our room, one day, but we left late, so they might have forgotten to come back. Breakfast was a bit sketchy, and if you were a minute late, it was all packed away. The room was quite large, had a very ample desk for two, and enough chairs to have a visitor over. Didn't try the pool, but it looked quite well maintained. Considering the location, it was as good as others in the area, but at a lower price. We'll use it again when we return. |

| the only negative I have to say about the hotel was the hot tub was just luke warm verses hot. The hot tub is what the heated pool should have felt like, and was not hot at all. |

| We had no problem. Rooms were quiet. You couldn't hear anything going outside your room. A great continental breakfast and close to downtown. Will stay there again if ever in Indy again. |

| We had a great experience. Good location with plenty of food and things to do in the area. Staff, especially Jenna at the front desk, were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, yes it could use some updating, but clean and no funny smells. Noise was never an issue. In the halls, you could hear a lot of noise but in the room, never heard a peep and we had people on either side of us. Pool was clean. Could have been a bit warmer but not freezing by any stretch. I was very happy with our experience for what we paid. |
