| booked the suite based on the hardline internet connection that it offered, that was what i needed. my room had a port for the connection but it didn't work, and the best the front desk said was ” maintenance will look at it tomorrow”.......not good enough, my job REQUIRED it every night. got corporate on the phone and they got me into another room with internet that worked, but it was a smoking room with large burn holes on the sofa and a huge stain on the love seat. not a great hotel. |

| Have maintenance or housekeeping check to see if all lights are in working condition - two lamps were not working in our room. Not a top of the line hotel but good place to lay your head down for a good night's rest after traveling. |

| My kids and I had such a wonderful stay. Our room was very nice and had clean linens and tolietries each day! The only thing I wasn't to thrilled about was my big lock up top was very lose, thank goodness I had a screwdriver handy. |

| I think I got a pretty good deal here with one exception. Our room was right next to the laundry room, and the washing machines made horrible noises, starting at 6am and going on all day. |

| The atmosphere was better than we expected. The bed was comfortable, shower and TV worked great. The only problem we had was that our room was right underneath the staircase and could hear people talking whenever people went up to the second floor. There were also noisy people outside of our room all night but that was not the hotels fault. I would recommend to stay on the second floor if all possible. Overall i was very pleased with the experience. |

| We requested a non-smoking room. Even though we were told that this would only be a request we expected that the request would be considered. Unfortunately we didn't just get a smoking room, we got a room that I asume had been smoked in AFTER the bed was made with new sheets. We checked in at 2 am and were too tired to ask for another room, but bare slept that night because of the smell in our pillowcases and the rest of the room.
Because there was a local festival at the time of our stay, they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available but they changed our sheets and put in this ozon machine that made it barable the next days. They took our complaint very seriously, and we are happy with how they handled it, but wish they would have less smoking rooms in the first place because before they changed our sheets they were kinda discusting.
For smokers I think this hotel is perfect. For asthmatics - not so much. |

| Great place to stay, the non smoking had NO smoke smell for a change. Bed was nice,clean room and the in room coffee is really not bad. Would have been better in an area that was not so heavy with traffic but you probably could walk to most restaurants. |

| We got the room for a relatively inexpensive rate; the TV was on the fritz and the room smelled really musty and there were loud-talking idiots right outside of our room but that wasn't the hotel's fault. All in all, we paid for what we got and it wasn't too awfully horrible. |
