| Previous stay have been great. This time there were some issues that impacted me directly. The biggest was the AC did not work at all on our first night (Friday) The morning deskclerk was very friendly and tried to be helpful. She would have maintenance look at it on Saturday. upon arriving to the hotel later Saturday evening, The room was still stuffy but the AC was working somewhat but not great. The other issue was the exercise room. 3 of the 4 pieces of cardio equipment were broken. The set of 15lb dumbbells were missing. I knew there was nothing that could be done on a weekend but I did have to express frustration once again with the desk personnel. Upon leaving on Sunday morning the night time clerk, didn't even ask me how the stay was. I will stay here again when needed. The suites are roomy and the beds are quite comfortable with quality linens. |

| I spent 2 nights at the DoubleTree while attending a conference in Downtown Indianapolis. When I booked my room online the only thing available was a suite with 2 double beds. However, when I checked in I was given a handicap accesible suite with a single queen bed. Since it was just me, The single bed was fine. However, the bathroom had a straight walk in shower with a tiny lip on the floor less than half an inch tall and the rounded shower curtain extended beyond the lip. So the water ran across the tile floor in the bathroom. There was a drain in the center of the floor, but not all the water ran to it and I had small standing puddles of water in the bathroom.
The hotel is in a business district. All the buildings around it were offices. Had to drive a few miles for food or shopping. There is a bar/restaurant in the hotel.
Breakfast was not included with the room, but they do have a breakfast buffet for a price.
I mis-read the listing and thought internet access available in the room meant free internet. There is free wi-fi in the lobby, but there was a daily charge to have it in the room. And the provider had an outage the second day of my stay.
The suite was clean. The sofa was a bit worn and not very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable though.
If you are sitting at the bar you are looking straight into the pool area.
The staff was nice and very helpful.
The drive into the city was not bad. It was under half an hour to Lucas Oil Stadium.
Overall, the hotel worked for my business trip, but I would not go there for leisure. |

| This hotel is apparently an older property that has been remodeled very nicely. However, the bathroom fixtures were not updated. The room was clean and the staff was friendly at check in and at the restaurant.
The breakfast buffet was a little pricey for what you get. I think that may be the most expensive bacon and eggs I have ever had.
If you want something high end, look elsewhere. If you want something clean, convenient, comfortable and affordable then this is your choice. |

| Very nice hotel. Comfortable. Only downside is that they close the lounge at 11 PM on Fridays and I wasn't offered one of their signature chocolate chip cookies! Other than that the hotel was great. |

| Overall the hotel was clean and my room was comfortable but it's an old property in need of some updating. Exterior facade was very dingy. Better and newer hotels in the area |

| Suites were a bit small, and bathroom was never really clean (dirt in corners). While this wouldn't surprise me at a lesser brand, I was a little disappointed. Also, the drive to Indianapolis took longer than I expected, making for lots of travel time back and forth. My fault for not checking; just sharing with others - to expect nearly 30 minutes travel to/from the city. |

| Was in for just a couple of days on business. Hotel is close enough to Carmel/North Indianapolis for easy access, but not in a high traffic area. It's a bit tricky to find the entrance off the frontage road, not the highway that's in front of it (of course I got there late at night the first day). But then it's really easy once you know it. I didn't take advantage of all the amenities since I worked long hours, but it was quite comfortable and quiet when the day was done. I'll use them again! |

| The lobby was very nice and clean. The lady was polite. Didn't realize we had to put $25/night extra for mishaps or charges but that was ok. Room was very disappointing. Room was much smaller than expected or shown on website. No screens on windows, And the TV was difficutl to use almost made me pay for movie I sure didn't want. I could pay almost 50-100 less and had the same type of room. Ok if your not planning to stay in the room for long period of time |
