| The check in process was rediculous. I understood I could check in at 2:00, but upon arrival they told me 3:00. It's was the Saturday of the Big Ten Championship, and it was full, but it took over two hours to check in.
Forget it for the Super Bowl. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. |

| The hotel was in a convenient location, the bed spread looked worn and not clean, and the floor could have been cleaner, on the whole it was fine for one night. There is a Denny's right next door for dining. |

| Booking Reservation completed online. - Experienced a short delay at checkin. Assigned a room with standard bed although - reservation had selected queen bed no smoking. TV did not have a remote control. One light fixture did not wotk. Door to room was warped an very hard to open an close. Room had a stagnant air smell. |

| I chose the location because of where I had a meeting and I didn't want to pay much, but it is very basic and the coffee wasn't even hot in the morning at b-fast time. |

| we had a great time there had a little problem with the door they kept giving us new keys to try but none would work carlos a worker there was so helpful he kept making trip after trip to try and fix it he was so nice and friendy he just made us feel at home.i just want to thank him for all his help he is a keeper for this motel we will visit it again soon. |

| I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. It was in a very good location to restaurants and to the airport. My room was very clean and the out side they were or had been working on it so it was not to bad.
