| I was happy with this hotel, except that when I went to call the local hotel for a shuttle pick-up, I discovered that their telephone number is not available on the web (not even on Extended Stay America's web site). I called the national 800 number, but they would not contact the local hotel on my behalf. They would give me the local number, but I didn't have pencil and paper to write it down. So I had to take a cab for $20 instead of use their shuttle. They should post local numbers on their web site in addition to the 800 number. |

| I needed help arranging to ship a package upon check-in and found the clerk to be incredibly helpful. She stayed late to be sure that I was taken care of and I appreciate that! All the desk people and other employees were professional and friendly and I also appreciated that! The room was totally adequate and I was happy that the hotel was quiet considering its location near the airport. It wasn't fancy but the price was fair. Courteous shuttle driver too! THANKS for a great stay ! |

| THE ROOM WAS REAL CLEAN AND THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING, HOWEVER, WE HAD A HARD TIME GETTING TO THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE CONSTRUCTION WE WERE DETOURED A COUPLE OF EXITS OUT OF OUR WAY. BUT OVER ALL, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL... AND WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN IN DECEMBER! |

| Requested and was confirmed a non smoking room. However upon arriving, we were told that all of the non smoking rooms had already been booked when I made the reservations. The only rooms left were smoking rooms. |

| We were ver satifsifed with everything, except there had been a pet there before us and dog hair was covering 2 out of the 3 chairs in the room.
We would stay here again. |

| We had a very nice young man pick us up from the airport. He came from the van to us and got our lugage, did not wait till we got to van. He was very friendly and polite. He did a great job. Thank you to him again. |

| hotel was good for the price. Room was clean but bed was rock hard. the kitchenette definately comes in handy since there really isn't any restaurants close by. Oh, and the construction on the main road makes in confusing to find. All in all, it was perfect for what I needed this hotel for. |

| For the price, I suppose this room wasn't too bad, but it's not a place I'd seek out again. The A/C was either full-blast freezing, or the room was muggy inside. The carpet/bedding was damp when we arrived (probably from the A/C not running) and the water pressure definitely left something to be desired. I wasn't miserable the four nights I stayed there, but I definitely wasn't pleased either. |

| This is as basic of a "hotel" as you get. No real lobby, no maid service, no wakeup call service, no restaurant, no exercise room, no swimming pool. You do get a TV in your room, but you pay extra for internet access. If you're looking for cheap place to stay, then this place is fine, but expect the absolute minimum in terms of service and amenitie s. |
