| We went to IN for a soccer tournament and decided to try something new. We were pleasantly surprised. Our reception was awesome and off the bat the manager of the hotel explained everything and even offered us a free upgrade. The hotel was not new, but very clean and well maintained. Everything worked and it is in a quiet area so there was no distracting noises. If you need a comfortable, non fancy overnight or weekend I can definitely recommend this hotel. The price is right and the service good. |

| Bathroom wasn't clean at all. Toilet, floor and cabinets were all dirty upon arrival. Chairs had stains on them in the kitchen area. Prepare to go buy a nonstick pan for cooking in. The entire hotel smelled of air freshener that was very overpowering. |

| The desk clerk that checked us in was very gracious, and gave us a free upgrade due to the availability. The room was a suite that had a full kitchen. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it would be extremely convenient for a person staying long term. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was also. The price was phenomenal!!!! Overall, we loved it, and would stay there again. The only suggestion I would have would be that shampoo and conditioner, and paper coffee cups be made available to guests. |

| We stayed one night at the Extended Stay Hotel Americaa in Carmel, IN (Indianapolis North). It was convienently located, clean and very inexpensive campared to other hotels in Carmel. Located right off (6th Street, we got to where we were going very quickly. Only problems we had were that they did not provide any shampoo, and the brouchere said they would make 20 copies for free, and they only made 10 and they were bad. |

| Price was good and room was fine. But be aware: soap and toilet paper are considered amenities; anything else (shampoo, hairdryer) must be requested. Most important, there is no elevator. All three floors in this unit require stair climbing (first floor is below office level). If you have a disability, this will be a problem. Otherwise it is a very good value. |

| It's not the Ritz, but it was clean enough and comfortable. There was a full kitchen including a full frig, stove, oven, microwave and sink (no dishwasher). The tv wasn't fancy and no dvd player. But hey, I'm in town to work. I won't be spending that much time in the room. If I was on vacation I'd look for those extras somewhere else. For the money, it's a bargain. And it's a couple blocks off the main trafficway, so the noise level is minimum. The staff took care of any needs I had. I'll definately make this my first choice for extended business stays in North Indy/Carmel. |

| This is a travelers hotel, no luxury, but clean and full of great service. If you are traveling for business, or just want a clean easy and cheap spot in Indy, this is it! |

| i missed it once because the sign was hard to see but other than that the price was cheap for the room i could not believe the eminities you don't even get that in a 5 star hotel i would recommend it to all my friends |

| The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The paint, furnishings and carpet was in very good shape. The rooms were basic but comfortable. I slept very well and the noise level was very quiet. |
