| The hotel was fine and the staff was great. My only complaint was the breakfast. There was no hot food - only bagels, muffins, and fruit. Also, there was only coffee. I don't drink coffee. Tea and/or juice would have been nice. |

| We had a great trip, the front help was the best I have had in a long time, Christine gave us a few places to go to eat and have a good time and each one was better than the next. She also help with packages we had sent and picked up. |

| Everyone was nice and they even gave me an upgrade, which was very nice, but I booked a smoking room and they upgraded me to a non-smoking room. The free breakfast is worth the free breakfast. If you need something hot and hearty, go out!
Bed was comfortable, great to have free WIFI, it helped with some online work that I had to finish up. It was nice to have full use of a kitchen as well. |

| Arrived 38 minutes early. The instantly rude lady behind the counter thought it was too much effort to locate the cleaning lady to find a already cleaned room to check us in early. Stayed here about 8 months ago remember the place being absolutely great except for the guy working that day. Maybe they train them here to be jerks. Rooms are very clean and big for the rates they charge. It is just the counter staff that make this place less than perfect. |

| Love the hotel and its amenities. The staff however is horrible! We booked 2 separate rooms for our business trip. My business partner and I arrived at different times and dealt with different staff and they were both RUDE! Not sure if we will go back because of this. |

| Decent place for the price. Nice bed, clean room. Basic, but nothing more, however much better than comparable priced hotels. Breakfast free, but marginal selection; muffins, juice, coffee. All in all, no complaints, and better than I expected for the price. I would definitely do it again. |

| I tried to book online and it said to call them witch I did and they said that they had no record of me trying online so I booked over the phone. Then later I relized I had booked two rooms for the same night. They said I will get a refund who knows... The hotel it self was hard to find and it says they have satelite tv but not in the room I was in . |

| Nice, clean rooms. Great staff. I plan to look for this chain everywhere I travel. My one and only complaint would be that there was no computer center. The hotel had wireless but when you do not always travel with a laptop, having wireless in the hotel does not help you if you need to change your flight reservation or something.
