Recent Extended Stay Deluxe Northwest Review: "This was a great hotel to stay in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had about the city, and provided me with alot of hard copy information about parking downtown and what to be aware of. The environment of the hotel was very warm and cozy. My room felt like my own little safe haven home away from home. Definately worth every penny and more. The only minor problems I had were, that there were no shampoo bottles in the room. Apparently, you have to ask the front desk for them. Which they happily gave out as well as free of charge provided several other self grooming supplies, such as, shaveing cream, razors, deoderant, and other supplies along the same lines. The only other problem was that when I first got into my room, there was a strong potpouri smell that was a little too overpowering. But it faded over time and the rest of the visit was perfect. I'm definately going to look to them again when I go back to visit."
