| Overall good for the price. Would like room arrangement so tv can be seen from the couch and would like to see a flat screen. Very clean and staff accommodating. Problem with wifi needs to be addressed. |

| Room was very comfortable but faced the highway so could hear the constant roar of the traffic. Very nice quiet area otherwise. |

| Stayed only one night on business trip - very convenient location along highway - very quiet business park neighborhood. Had limited interaction with staff - desk staff friendly upon check in, but seemed sluggish and tired at check out the next morning. Room was clean but had strong, odd odor, smelled like a barbershop cologne. Ordered room service dinner - salad and salmon, both completely drowned in sauces, ruined it. Based on that chose not to order room service breakfast. Only other disturbance was little kids running in the hallway around 10PM. Would recommend for adults on business looking for just the basics. Would not recommend for families. |

| The hotel itself was wonderful. It was clean and very comfortable and the amenities were well maintained. However, our largest complaint was the lack of even a basic continental breakfast. If you wanted anything at all to eat in the morning you had to pay ten dollars per head to have their buffet. The buffet was acceptable but definitely not worth it, especially considering the price. In a 3 star hotel I expected at least some cereal and a muffin in the morning and was sorely disappointed. |

| Easy to access, plenty of parking. Homedics Sound Spa was a very nice touch to help manage the freeway noise. Very easy drive to Butler Univ. from this hotel. |

| The location of the hotel is convenient on the north side of Indianapolis/south side of Carmel. I had stayed at this hotel in December 2011, and enjoyed my stay. This stay was disappointing because of the lack of hot water. The first morning was resolved with a phone call, but that evening when checking the water, there was none. Because I needed to get up early for a 6:15 a.m. flight, the hotel gave me a different room. I think I was on the 4th floor in December, and the problem with hot water was on the 2nd floor. The carpeting on the 2nd floor looked worn or at least in need of cleaning. |
