| we used the park & stay flying out the next morning. from the Indianapolis Hampton airport hotel was difficult to find although I realize it is a very new under developed area. On our return when we called for our pick up shuttle; to take us back to our car at the Hampton the woman who answered the phone did not have a clue what we were talking about, not very professional and giglged the entire time. I actually had to tell her to stop and listen to me. This was after the fact that my husband had already attempted to request and explain that we were requesting the shuttle to pick us up at the Indy airport. This was Tuesday, March 6 at around 6:30 p.m. When she finally understood we were picjked up. The shuttle driver was very welcoming and helpful. He did explain the the girl was new at the hotel. Her professionalism was not good actually almost arguing with my husband and my self on the phone. |

| This hotel is within 5 minutes from the airport and downtown is about 15 minutes. The hotel also has free shuttle service. Breakfast on Saturday morning was ok; only downfall was the powdered eggs. Sunday morning omlettes were much better. |
