| I was in Bloomington for Mom's weekend to visit my daughters. The hotel staff was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that everything was satisfactory with my room/stay, etc. For an older hotel, everything was well maintained and clean.The continental breakfast is always a plus and one less thing to worry about and had many things to offer. The location was great for my purposes and I would definitely reccommend it to anyone that was going to B-town to visit. |

| The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was not told that I was getting a smoker's room. My clothes smelled like stale smoke when I got home. |

| From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome, we had a fantastic visit at this hotel. Very clean, delicious breakfast, nice staff. Great experience!!! |
