| My husband is from Indianapolis, so we knew when we booked this hotel that the area the hotel was in could be sketchy, as the east side is kinda rough, but we didn't have ANY problems. The staff was very nice, the check in was quick, the check out was even quicker, and the breakfast was really good! There was only a couple of issues we had with the hotel, the swimming area is part of the reason we chose this hotel, and then when we arrived it looked to be great, but it was really cold! EEEKKK!!!!! The other issue is there wasn't a hot tub, and the kids in the hallway were really loud playing soccer outside of our door and turning the hallway heat on to 90. Overall the stay was very pleasant and we would stay again if we had the chane too. |

| We arrived to find all the machines in the fitness room were broken 2 weekends before our weekend. The use of the fitness center was really important to us. Our shower was in a whirlpool tub. If you get in and out of the tub without falling you were trying to shower over the raised drain plug. That was fun to shower around and not have it rip off your toe. Even knowing the hazard of getting in the tub, we still had an accident the 2nd morning! |

| Very nice staff. CLean room, WIFI, modern amenities, breakfast was simple , fast , and with great service(lady who serves the breakfast). Great proximity to the freeway(I-70) and very quiet in the hotel!!!! |

| hotel and surroundings were very clean. the staff were very professional and helpful. we will certainly return.Breakfast in the lobby was excellent especially the pancake machine. |

| it was 10 to 15 minutes from everything we had planned for our long week end. The staff was very nice and i would stay there again . Holiday inn express in east Indianapolis is a great place |

| The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. Hotel staff was nice and helpful and willing to help you out. We stayed a couple of days so the kitchen was a very nice addition. The breakfast was AWESOME for a hotel breakfast w/ lots to choose from. Not a long drive to Museum or Zoo! Pool was Clean, kids really enjoyed it. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area but not too far drive to find one. When we come to Indy again we will probably stay here again. |

| We stayed in this hotel just one night. Everything was fine. We had a nice room. Overall I'd say that this is less than average hotel for a Holiday Inn, but there was nothing to complain about. We had a good room and enjoyed a nice breakfast. I would not book the hotel based on the pool. It did not look all that great to swim in and did not get deeper than 5 feet. |

| PERFECT!! GREAT ROOM. I would rate the neighborhood higher but I had a late night check in and didn't pay much attention when I left in the am. |
