Recent Holiday North Pyramids Review: "On a whim, we decided to escape NW Indiana for a few days and went to Indianapolis. We have an 11 yr old and took him and a friend to this hotel because they have an indoor water park. When checking in the staff was extremely friendly and without asking decided to move our room to an inner room "with a view". Well it was really appreciated because we found that the view was an open courtyard overlooking the pool and the central workings of the hotel. All the rooms overlooking the pool had a small balcony that you could sit outside and read or watch the other goings on. The water park, the arcade and the main hotel pool were a lot of fun for the boys. The boys ate dinner alone one night at the buffet and the staff just treated them like gold which was a treat for them. Our boys are very well behaved, there were many kids there I would never leave alone!!! This was truly a family friendly experience, and the staff really seemed to be up to the task of accommodating everyone. Even demanding folks that complained about gratuities for their large groups (even though there kids all ate for free!! Geesh). It's probably not the place my husband and I would go to alone, but when taking kids it is a relief to have so much for them to do, and it definitely allows you time to read or just lay back without leaving the hotel for entertainment. Hats off to the hotel and restaurant staff!"
