| The whole hotel was beautiful and amazing! I loved the set-up and decor. Our room was great and the balcony over-looking the pool area was great...made you feel like you were outside in the summer, though it was really only 30 degrees out. The waterpark was awesome! The kids never wanted to leave! My 3 year old thought we should live there! Just got back yesterday and have already recommended this place to others! Will definitely be going back! |

| The hotel rooms were small, outdated. There was no hot water in the morning. We had to call twice for more towels before they brought them up.
The waterpark was great, although the bathrooms were gross and they had no clean towels to use after swimming. The waterpark is worth spending the day at, there's a decent snack bar & arcade room when you need to rest. There is a place for all ages, our 3 children, ages 21 months, 9 years, 13 years, had a great time and didn't want to leave. I recommend the waterpark, but not the hotel. Stay somewhere else and use the waterpark. |

| Arrival was pleasant. Entry to hotel looks remarkable. Greatest feature of hotel is the water park. Room rate does not include admission to park. Do not have to be a guest to use the park. Unable to use the “on demand” feature connected to t.v. ie; unable to rent movies. Reported problem with t.v. and ice machine to front desk and received an “I don’t care attitude”. Stayed for 2 nights and reported problem to 3 separate employees during the 2 nights. Would have stayed at a different hotel had I known in advance the water park is open to everyone. Have paid less and received more at other hotels. |

| Clean, staff friendly. Did not have time to use the water park or pool but other families had a good time. Cleaning staff very friendly, respectful of DND sign and brought towels once all awake...that was very appreciated. Good price. Convenient to downtown...15mins. Lots of food choices around hotel and at the hotel. |

| The hotel is so much prettier inside than it appears from the outside. There is a normal indoor pool in the center of the hotel that is free and is surrounded by really nice casual tables. The water park, however, is $15 per person and is not included with your hotel payment on this site. It's really nice in there, so if you're going to be staying in there awhile, it's worth the extra cost. The hotel had multiple conferences going on while we were there, so expected it to be crowded on weekends. |

| Hot tubs were closed. Life guards were to whistle happy.. Some wouldn't whistle when they should have and one was whistling all the time at my grandchildren when other children were doing the same thing. More for younger children then teens. |

| We came as a special night out and thought the water park was included. We thought that the cost to go to the water park was high, especially since we had a room. We might have paid a lesser amount. The breakfast was over priced for the quality of food that was there. The doughnuts seemed stale and out of a box. Beds seemed a little uncomfortable. Wish I could have said better things. There were a lot of things for kids to do. |
