| This hotel is awesome. The rooms were very clean, very well maintained and they were huge. The staff was very friendly and the pool was huge. |

| Convenient location to the interstate and nice area for shopping, restaurants, and coffee.
I did hear some pounding footsteps upstairs, so I would recommend a room on the top floor.
Overall, well worth the money. |

| I took my family to this hotel before a day at the Indianapolis Zoo. The rooms were very spacious and clean but although we booked a two bedroom room, there was only a comforter on one bed and the pull out bed had no sheets at all and there were none stored anywhere in the room. When we went down to the pool we requested some extra blankets and the help basically told me that she didn't believe us that there was no comforter... Even though the maid was unfriendly, the rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming. Overall, a very nice place to stay at a great price! |

| The location of this hotel is great because there are many restaurants located across the street. There was also a movie theatre and shopping. The price was great, the room was just okay. |

| Prime location right off the expressway, in the middle of everything you need and across from a gas station. Great for a long stay. Will probably be booking here on our next trip to Indianapolis as well. |

| The hotel itself was what I expected. Pretty comfortable for the price and ofcourse a refrigerator and stove help you feel at home. However, in the three nights I stayed, it was difficult to rest. The walls and floor are so thin that the fog next door, heavy walker upstairs and children across the hall made it feel a little too much like home. I'm on vacation, I want to sleep. So that was our problem. |

| We traveled to Indianapolis for a weekend. When I reserved our room,there was only one room left (smoking). When we arrived they accommadated us with a non-smoking room.(Thank you). I had a few complaints. First off the room never got warm, the thermostat wasn't working. The fan blew cool air the whole night. Secondly, we didn't have an iron in the room, the receptionist had to go "find" one. There was an insect problem. Dead bugs everywhere.The shower was a stand up shower with a bench. I particularly didn't prefer that type of shower. The shower head bar was loose, so when you tried to move the head/hose up or down the bar came out of the socket. The pricing was great, but I guess you get what you pay for. |

| The hotel is wonderful if you have children to have the 1 room suite and plenty of space.
The kitchen very helpful

Rooms were not vacummed. I had to borrow the vacuum cleaner from the front desk.
Housekeeping is lousy. The windows were very dusty, hair on toilet and the bathtubs needs to be updated. Old mildew, not properly removed.
I met the owner over 2 years ago, and stayed their on a regular business trip. This will be my LAST VISIT!!! Very poor housekeeping, but Front Desk personnel very accommodating and helpful in giving me cleaning supplies to clean my room myself. |
