Check-in time and procedure was a little strange. Couldn't get into the room until 4 pm. Told they were booked the night before and had full house the day we checked in. So do all the rooms get cleaned at the same time making 4 pm the magical hour? Didn't follow the logic with all that. Appeared to be short of cleaning staff. Had a lobby full of people  waiting to check in. Once in, no problems with the room. Perfect for 2 grandparents babysitting a 2 yr old and a 7 month old. Suite configuration was great.

Friendliest staff, best breakfasts and dinners, wonderful pool, spacious rooms...we could not ask for anything else. We were just so relaxed and happy our entire stay.

Big screen TV in both rooms, fridge and stove and microwave; nice service, free wifi and breakfast. We had seven people. three girls sharing the two queen-size beds in the bedroom, and 2 guys sharing a sofa-bed in the living room. We took two air beds with us for the rest of the two guys. Value stay and great experience!

I stayed at Homewood suites in Indianapolis on the northwest side of Indy. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I wish the living room was bigger. And the breafast was horrible. I think someone should be making the waffles and omelettes. Some people did not know how to use the waffle maker. Which made a big mess. There needs to be more  fresh fruits and donuts and more variety of breakfast foods. Such as have someone make fresh omelettes, have fresh biscuit and gravy, bacon, sausage. The breakfast needs to be improved. And the dinning area needs to be bigger too. Hope this review helps.
