| Nice Room and Bathroom updated. Air conditioning Cold. Bed comfortable, Breakfast not good, Hotel Run Down But the Rooms had been redone. |

| I arrived later in the evening around 9 pm and found no one at the front desk to greet me nor to check me in. I stood there for about 5 minutes before seeing a small sign asking the guests to dial a number for help. The gentleman that answered the phone had to run from an ajoining hotel to check me in. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast certainly was filling. The hotel was clean with the exception of the scuff marks all over one bathroom wall in my room. Upon check out, I noticed a tattered cardboard box with a sheet of paper taped to it. The hand written sign asked the guests to drop their hotel keys in the box. This "odd" last impression is something the hotel management can easily fix. Other than that, I was pleased with the experience and would stay at the Ho Jo Express in Franklin, Indiana again. |

| Clean, even included frig, microwave, and indoor pool. Very polite and helpful staff. |

| Had to wait for check in service for about 15-20 minutes. When he arrived at the desk service, he had a baby with him as if he was baby-sitting his kid. Very unprofessional. TV was not in good working condition. Kept buzzing every now and then. Furniture were missing some drawer pulls. Lighting at the sink was very poor. |

| When I ask for a nonsmoking room on my reservation, that is what I want. The clerk tried to tell me I didn't till I pulled out my room confirmation stating that I did. I got my non-smoking room. |
