Recent Hyatt Place Review: "I was just in town for the evening and wanted to stay in a nice hotel.When I walked in the room I was amazed at the class of the room,All the features of home and the best room I have been in for years.The Television was huge and just everything was perfect.
The following morning I needed to find out if my flight was on time and not just one person helped me but each person at the counter was such a big help.My flight was on time so my stay had ended.Later that day the snow storm closed the airport I was traveling to,if I would have known that I would have stayed another night without a question at this hotel"

| When we came down for breakfast, we quickly learned that some fellow guests had one vehicle stolen and another one broken into overnight in the back parking lot. The hotel is near the airport, but the area around it seems a bit dicey - abandoned long-term parking lot across the street, etc. On the other hand, rooms were nice and staff was great - very helpful in getting some documents printed when the networked printer didn't work, etc. |

| Location to the airport was great. Room was nice. Air conditioner was very, very noisey. It keep coming on and off all night, took some getting use too. Breakfast was very good. Business center and internet connection was great. |

| An absolute excellent hotel. The only problem I had was that the cordless phone did not work, but the second phone in the room worked fine. I was overjoyed at the staffs attitudes, and customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will defiantly stay again. |

| Overall the stay was decent. Though they say breakfast is provided, there are no hot breakfast items like eggs or hash browns. You can order and pay for it, but its not part of the breakfast. |
