Recent Hyatt Place Review: "The high quality of the service, facilities, and atmosophere compared to the relative low rate paid make this hotel an excellent value. My family and I have stayed in mostly budget minded hotels on our vacations and the quality usually reflects that. The Hyatt Place Keystone greatly exceeded our expectations along that line. From the helpfulness of the front desk and kitchen staff to the in room large screen plasma T.V. along with the well appointed bathroom and furniture, and finally the neighborhood surrounding the hotel we were wishing for an excuse to stay another night."

| My mobility scooter broke shortly after we arrived. All it took was a brief conversation with the concierge and I had a rental within 1 1/2 hours. That pretty much sums up the excellence of service at this hotel. |

| The Hyatt was a very nice hotel with wonderful rooms but at 4 am a car alarm went off in the hotel parking lot and the staff did nothing to find the person who the car belonged to. After 5 hours of nonstop car alarm we packed up as fast as we could since our relaxing weekend had been ruined. Hotel staff did nothing to make up for it. Although it was not hotel caused they should take better care of their customers and did everything to find the person who the car belonged to. |

| Couldn't get King Bed in the hotel we wanted so booked a room here - and we were pleasantly surprised and happy. Make sure when you get your room assignment not to be placed too close to the freeway - noise. The free breakfast was wonderful - offering: coffee, juices, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast, etc. |

| The hotel is perfectly located near downtown for business but also perfectly situated near quaint community and outdoor lifestyle center that affords an opportunity to relax and enjoy another side of Indianapolis. |

| Very spacious room and well organized. Included a huge comfortable sofa, desk, small fridge with a bar sink. Nice flat screen tv. Bathroom sink area separate from shower. I would definitely stay here again. Although I did not use the breakfast area it looked quite nice. Very convenient to some great shopping and restaurants |

| I have traveled the country for work and have never had a better hotel experience than our recent stay at the Hyatt Place! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and affordable! In the few interactions we had with the staff they were able to address us by name and greeted us each time we entered the building! Any time I stay in Indianapolis I will always consider the Hyatt Place before anywhere else! Fantastic Stay! :) |

| The hotel is in the back of Keystone Plaza and just looks like any other hotel from the outside. It's convenient to any northern Indy location and the price was a great deal for the type of room and hotel it was. The bed was super comfortable and I could've stayed in the room for a week and been happy. |

| Location was not convieniently close to Stadium/Downtown. Hotel was hard to find, and receptionist wasn't very helpful with directions. Hot water was cold, and cold water was hot. Right next to highway, so very noisy.
Other than that, a very nice hotel, good breakfast, and friendly staff. |

| Everything was good except hotel is hard to find, it is behind a big business, behind the mall. Thought I was lost until I saw a tiny sign that said keep right for the hotel. Once checked in I got 3 calls to see if room was to my satisfaction, thought that was an overkill. |
