| We had no problems with the hotel and location. We had shuttle service to the FDIC show. The only problem we encountered was picking us up from the airport. Waited almost an hour and had to call a second time. We were told the driver forgot about us. |

| The hotel's website said that it was a heated pool, however, it is not. When I went to check in it actually took about 10 minutes because the front desk clerk was on the phone with another customer who had a whole list of complaints, all of which the clerk repeated loud and clear for me to hear before informing the customer that she would have to have someone else get back to her. Personally, I would have told her that first instead of repeating all of the complaints in front of other customers. The customer on the phone also had an issue with the “heated” pool and s/he was told that the room is heated, not the actual pool itself... This was actually a big deal for me as I chose this hotel specifically for the heated pool. Next time I will call the hotel directly and inquire before booking and being disappointed. Other than that I think the hotel was fine. Room was clean and I love having a fridge and microwave in my room. |

| Hotel is great for a low price quick stay. The staff wasnt over friendly. The place needs some tlc but it's not awful. Right next to airport is a major perk!! I would stay again if there wasn't a better deal. |

| Although it wasn't downtown, it was only a short drive to downtown. We would stay here again. We did have a room facing the highway so it was noisy at night. There are a couple sit down restaurants within walking distance. However, the parking was minimal. We had a hard time finding a parking spot when we returned after the Big Ten Championship game since the hotel was so full. |

| Hotel and service was a-ok. So this isn't a negative review. Just some things to point out others might be interested in knowing. There is nothing close regarding food or entertainment. There is one convenience store well within walking distance if you get hungry or thirsty. The other thing is the a/c kept cycling on and off which woke me occasionally...but I sleep light anyway....otherwise, I would stay again to pass through to get to our destination. |

| The motel and staff were excellent. breakfast was good. Our room was a little noisey due to the interstate that runs next to the hotel. I would stay their again but ask for a room on the other side of the motel |
