Recent Quality East Review: "Being from out of town we found our room at the Quality Inn Suites East met our needs for rest and recovery from a visit to a local health facility. It was quiet at all times of the day allowing rest that was needed. The refrigerator in the room allowed for us to have things on hand all through our stay to meet some special needs. The continental breakfast was very fresh and satisfying. We would definitly consider this location again. The access to the interstate exchanges of I-70 and I-465 provided a means to access the necessary places involved in our visit."

| The hotel was being remolded. It was obivious this ws an old hotel that they were trying to make look good with a coat of paint. It did have new carpet so the floors were clean. Outside on one side of the building looked like a construction site where part of th building was torn down. Laundry room had one dryer that was not working properly and the soap dispenser was also not working. One employee refused to help when the machines took my money but the morning person was very helpful. I osked for them to put out of order signs up but never did. I observed another person having problems so I told them to go to the front counter for help but manager refused to refund money. Poor Customer service on the managers part. |

| When we stayed at this hotel, it was being renovated so the elevator wasn't working, the back of the hotel was totally broken down, the hallways smelled like old paint and wet walls. Besides that, the room itself was fine, the refigerator and microwave were a nice touch, the manager was especially nice and accomodating! They even sent a fax for us (it wasnt available to the public). The breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay. |

| The hotel was OK: room was fairly clean, beds were nice, breakfast was good, pool was clean. However, we had to be moved twice: once from a room where the light did not work to a room where the air did not work before finally settling into a room where everything worked (almost...the shower only 1/2 worked). This, in and of itself, was not that big of a deal-there are always issues. However, the front desk person was very rude. OK for the money. Like everything else in life, I suppose, you get what you pay for. |

| The staff was unprofessional and not responsive to requests. Hotel is currently under construction, and looks horrible and abandoned from the outside. The room was nice but needed a lot of further maintenance (ex. the door wouldn't shut smoothly, and the fridge didn't really work). Maids wake you up early and can't speak english. Overall bad experience. |

| When I first approached the hotel, my first thought was, "Oh my God, this is the worst looking dump I have ever stayed in." It was obviously under construction and the outside didn't look very good. HOwever, to my amazement, my room was very clean and looked like it had been totally remodeled recently.
When I first saw the outside, I told my daughter that we probably wouldn't be staying there, but it all worked out and everything was good. |

| The hotel room was clean but we did find a sock and some gum left from the last guest. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. The pillows were small. The microwave and fridge worked. And there was a blow dryer, coffe maker and the sample shampoo and stuff. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was O.K I got down there late and the only thing left was a few begals, and tiny muffins. There was dry ceral, oatmill and you could cook your own waffles. We stayed over night and then checked into the Sheraton down town for a business meeting. |

| This is an older motel. Some effort has been made to remodel, but its age shows nonetheless. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was pretty beat up. The cost was very reasonable, however, and so it was a good value for the money. |

| Needed a place to sleep for a marathon the next morning, and found this to be close to the event start and well within my budget. The room was very clean and comfortable for my wife and I, and based upon the group at the breakfast offerings the next morning, a few other runners made the same choice. The gentleman working the front desk that night was very nice and helpful, especially in pointing us to a good source for pasta. |

| The hotel was cool for the most part the only thing that I didnt care for was that the bed was very hard. But all in all it was ok. |
