Recent Quality Indianapolis Review: "Friendly staff that go the extra mile. The pool was cold, but we made it a good time. Prior to my family's pool time I asked the guy if there was a fitness/work out room and he said there isn't, but he gave me a pass to LA Gym down the road--I thought that was a great way he showed professional service with care. the evening before as I booked the room,  he gave me other options for the same price whether I wanted to sacrifice one of the queens for a pull-out couch for rooms with a fridge and microwave--that was a neat option to consider, and a conversation w/hotel staff that rarely comes in my opinion. Also, I slept well. This hotel, with a nice breakfast as well, is hard to beat for the price."
