| hotel is not soundproof; I could hear the people next door; also, the long distance call service was out of order and I could not make calls. Otherwise, it was standard fare for a hotel; great location near a lot of shopping and restaurants, close to the interstate |

| Friendly staff that go the extra mile. The pool was cold, but we made it a good time. Prior to my family's pool time I asked the guy if there was a fitness/work out room and he said there isn't, but he gave me a pass to LA Gym down the road--I thought that was a great way he showed professional service with care. the evening before as I booked the room, he gave me other options for the same price whether I wanted to sacrifice one of the queens for a pull-out couch for rooms with a fridge and microwave--that was a neat option to consider, and a conversation w/hotel staff that rarely comes in my opinion. Also, I slept well. This hotel, with a nice breakfast as well, is hard to beat for the price. |

| Halls smelled like smoke. Ice machine was broke. But location was good for us. We were there for one night for an event at convention center. The room was decent pretty clean. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. You get what u pay for. Next stay will be in a non-smoking hotel. |

| the location was great. the hotel was clean, but there were a few things in our room that could have been a bit cleaner. The coffee pot still had coffee from the occupant before me. The tub had a hole in it that was fixed with a fiberglass repair kit. If i took a bath instead of a shower it would have scratched me. Those were basically the only flaws I found. The hotel was 100% booked so that may have been a factor with my room.
Breakfast was the regular cont. breakfast plus biscuits and gravy. All in all the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. |

| The first room I got had a TV that didn't work. Then they sent me to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The third room was ok. But the overall quality of the Quality Inn was low. |

| I checked in late so I was there mainly for a training the next morning. It served its purpose. Location was good and the area restaurants and gas station nearby helped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and vanity area were very clean. It's not the most fancy place but for a good night's sleep it served its purpose. The walls were a little thin; I heard a lady laughing for a while but then just turned on the fan and that helped. Take ear plugs! Breakfast rocked - great biscuits and gravy! |

| The motel allowed dogs which are not good for people with Asthma, etc.
The room door had to be closed hard because it would not close on its own.
The T.V. service was pathetic with unclear local channels and Direct T.V. constantly searching.
The desk chair was slightly stained.
The reception desk had trouble putting outside calls through to the room, and trouble calling rooms.
The bed sheets were not changed during our four-night stay.
The breakfast was tolerable for some. |

| The location of the Hotel was great. Everything from meals to entertainment was within walking distance. We will deffnitely come back again. |

| Overall, our stay was fine. Nice pool area, good breakfast, and room was clean. Bed was not the most comfortable. |
