| There are two main reasons why my family stayed at the Quality Inn Franklin -- (1) hotel was close to Franklin College, where our son was at summer high school football camp; (2) it is a pet-friendly hotel.
There was an incident where our small dog started barking when we left the hotel, and it caused an issue with the guest next door. The guest compained to the front desk and the hotel called me. They asked me if I wouldn't mind them taking the dog out of my room and keeping him in a secure location near the front desk. I told them yes, it was ok, and told them where to find the leash in the room. My dog loves to be walked (even by strangers) as long as you show him the leash! Ultimately, the next door guest was happy because our dog was no longer barking, my dog was happy, because someone was spending time with him and we were happy because we did not have to return to the hotel prematurely. That is what I call customer service!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has a small pet! The owner and employees at the front desk were VERY accomodating! I would definitely stay there again, if the opportunity presented itself for my family to return to Franklin.
We also loved the "small town look and feel" of downtown Franklin, IN. |

| Very nice stay for the money. Clean and quiet. The pool was small, but adequate. Not a lot of restaurants close by, but a 5 minute to town and you had just about everything you could want. We will stay there again. |
