| The pool was down for repair, but it looked like a nice but small pool area. We missed breakfast (eastern time at the hotel!), but it sounded good, with a nice variety of hot and cold items. The "stuff" in the room like the bedding and furniture was very nice and new, but the building (walls and celing and paint) were quite old. A good value for the price. |

| The hotel was very convenient for my purposes but it is an older facility that has been modestly maintained. I will say the price was on the very affordable side and combined with location, it worked for me. |

| This is an older hotel and you can tell they have been updating the hotel. It was a nice large room. The bathroom had drop down tile that was sagging and needed replaced. The hall had a very odd odor in it, and the breakfast was not totally ready by the time I went down there. I asked the front desk clerk if the rest would be out shortly and she said she did not know, untill the owner got there. I did not have time to wait, so I had a cold bowl of cereal. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It was a great value, decent rooms, and a comfortable mattress to sleep on. |

| I found the hotel to be a good value. It is recently remodeled, room air conditioner was great and quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, fast internet connection, great, nothing bad to say about it. |

| The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They gave me the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. The room was very clean and well located with plenty of quiet for a good night's sleep. A little maintenance needed to be done in the room such as the drain in the bathroom sink was stuck in the down position making draining extremely slow. The dead bolt lock had 2 loose screws that were the result of either the holes being too big or the screws being stripped and the TV needed to warm up before it worked properly. These items were very, very minor. I travel to Kokomo 6 or 7 times per year and had previously stayed at a different hotel chain. Quality Inn and Suites now has a new guest as I plan to stay with Quality Inn and Suites on any future trips. Thank you for a great room, great customer service and great stay in Kokomo. |
