| My stay was nice, only thing bad was there wasn' t a refrigerator in the room nor one even available to borrow for the stay. So couldn't bring any food to room for night snack. |

| Stayed at this hotel prior to an early am flight. We had specified sleep number beds on our reservation but did not receive them until we asked and had to be switched to another room. When we did get to the new room only one of the sleep number beds worked. Maintenance was called but was unable to repair it. Disappointing-Front desk did apologize. Overall a good stay. Yes the hotel is dated some but it wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Shuttle service was right on time. |

| Reservation was for a smoking room, upon arrival, told entire hotel was nonsmoking, should not provide option if not available. Room was as far from desk as possible, room key card didn't work, had to walk back to desk to get it recoded, then back to room again to get in -- not happy about that. |

| If you are looking for luxury...this is NOT the hotel. Location was great for where we were going. Hotel was clean, but not great. Rooms smelt a little musty, probably due to NO fan in the bathrooms. Looks like they are attempting to do a make-over in the hotel, but only a cover-up is occuring. Throwing on some new paint over old walls. Beds were fair; sleep number controls/bed never worked for either bed. Coffee machine in room did not have the basket to put the coffee into. We would never pay full price for this hotel.
Positive notes were the hotel bar and restaurant. Waitress was great, and very pleasant. |

| The hotel staff are outstanding. All staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Unfortunately, the hotel could use some upgrades. My phone and alarm clock in my room did not work. The room type I requested was unavailable. The room was comfortable and clean but it must be hard to keep such old facilities looking so good. This would be a 5 star hotel with some minor upgrades. The staff really soar in terms of their courtesy and efficiency. Management just needs to give them a better facility to showcase. |

| With the re-location of the Indianapolis Ariport, this fine hotel finds intself off the beaten path and somewhat isolated. They have obviously decided to make their hotel such a pleasant experience that all that leaves your mind. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and cheerful with every interaction. I would choose them again and would recommend others do the same. |

| Awesome stay; comfortable rooms. Service great at restaurant and lounge areas. Plenty of places in surrounding area for touring. |

| Nothing special about the hotel and the only real issue was the sleep number bed that didn't work or at least I could not get it working. The hotel is old and is showing it's age. The staff in general was great. Had two meals and both were priced reasonable and tasted fine. I would use the hotel again. |
