| If I would have know that it was under remodeling I probably wouldn't have booked it. The pop machine didn't work. No remote for TV, and my sister-in-law also booked a room and couldn't get the room to cool down at all. Had a miserable night with leg cramps. The girl at the front desk tried to be accomdating but could only do so much. Won't be staying there again. |

| The room was very clean, the hotel has a really cool layout with lots of little alcoves to hang out with friends or family. The staff were welcoming & friendly. The third night however.... I awoke to violent beating on my door at 2:20 am, it was the gentleman from the front desk telling me I was supposed to have checked out already & why was I still there, I was booked & prepaid for 3 nights & this was on the 3rd night! I told him that & he appologized, but it took me over an hour to get back to sleep & the hotel never made it up to me in any manner even though I complained again the next morning. This idiot was the same man who checked me in & I showed him my receipt so this was just incompetance on his part. |

| i have been coming to this hotel for many years when it was the ramada it is one of my favorite ones . but my last visit was kinda disappointing the outtside pool was under mantinance and the inside pool was ice cold and smelled like fish the hot tub was cold to and there was wires hanging out of the colume where the controls was it was now just a hole . i do love this hotel and i would love top see some one enhance its already beautiful structor. |

| So the hotel is changing hands right now and nothing is in working order. The restaurant is gone, there is no breakfast, and everything has a look that makes me think the house-cleaner quit two weeks back. The tv in the room worked and the bed was comfortable, but that is the only nice thing about this hotel. Except I guess for the price... |

| We were never at the hotel much during our stay, but the time we were there, it was a very weird hotel. Although for the price, I couldn't complain. I would reccomend for anyone who just needs a bed for a night since It was a great price. |

| Advertize both WiFi and continental breakfast; they didn't have either. Pool was cool, not warm. Beds, however, were very comfortable. |

| The age shows. The proper up-keep is not being done. No laundry facilities, Outdoor pool is filled with scum but the indoor pool and spa is nice. BAD breakfast, no OJ, 2 cold cereals- that's it. But the price and location were good. Clean sheets- not changed for our 2nd night, ok. Bathrooms aged, shower didn't drain the best but it was clean. No coffee for 2nd day. |

| Nice facility, but quite run down. Lots of things broken (exercise equipment, my bed). WORST continental breakfast...just 2 choices of cereal and white toast.
BUT, staff is nice, building has character and it was DIRT CHEAP!!! |

| I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The extras such as the game room, pool and hot tub made it family-friendly. |
