| My wife and I were in Indianapolis to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We decided to stay here because the price was only about a quarter of what it would have cost to stay elsewhere. The hotel itself isn't bad. The room we stayed in was modern and recently remodeled. For what you pay, it's not bad. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about nearby attractions and such. The attached bar and grill closed at 2 PM, which was kinda dumb, but there were plenty of other restaurants in the area. If we were in the area in the future, we'd stay here again. You get what you pay for and the price is affordable. |

| The hotel manager was excellant. I arrived much earlier than anticipated and he let me check in and use my room. I thought this was extremely nice and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. |

| The power went out on 8/5/11 at 8:00 pm. The hotel did not have any a/c so the room was hot till 3:00am. They did not have any back up lights or offer any compensation for the miserable night-- |

| My overall hotel experience was good but not excellent. The hotel definitely needs some remodeling in the rooms and some of the carpet needs to be replaced. In my room, this was apparent as the carpet was coming up. Also my room didn't have two queen size beds as I requested instead I was given two full size bed. Third, I did not care for the check out process in the early morning since I had a first flight out of Indy. Apparently the front desk clerk is not allowed to check people out because that is when they are running they're business reports.
Overall, the price I paid to stay here over the Indy 500 race weekend was not too bad and I kind expected some things. Would I say here again? Probably, but will take a later flight out to avoid the checking out hassle. |

| The room was clean, quiet and the shower was great. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker too. Great value, easy location to get to and from the expressway or downtown. There are many eating choices including an attached restaurant and many more places just across the street or a short drive away. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years for events in Indy and I have ALWAYS been very satisfied. |

| The hotel, in general, needs some major updating. The carpets in the hallways are loose and buckling. I tripped over seams a couple of times. My room was large and the heating/air unit worked just fine. I could not, however, find the TV remote, and when I called the front desk to inquire about it, I was told that it should be on top of the TV. When I said that it wasn't there, I was only told that maybe it fell behind the TV cabinet, but no offer to bring a new one or have someone come and look for it was made. The hotel advertised free internet service, but I could not get connected in my room. I did not call the front desk about this problem. Since I was in a handicapped accessible room, the bathroom was quite large and clean, but when I took my shower there was no hot water. I tried the faucet in all different positions to no avail. I also did not call the front desk about this, as I needed to get to my business meeting. So I took a very cold, very brief shower. |

| After reading other reviews, I was a little worried about what to expect after reserving the rooms... I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the hotel staff and how accomidating the rooms were. The hotel could use some cosmetic work to the itnteior common areas and outside but the room was in great condition and very welcoming. I also loved that a bennigan's restaurant was attached to the hotel and made it a good place to come back to and have a couple drinks without even leaving the hotel! I would recommend this hotel for the great prices that it has and quality of service and comfort! |

| This is an older hotel, and is in need of some TLC. The lawn and flowerbeds were full of weeds, there were broken lights around the pool. My air conditner was loud. Fridge did not work. Wireless internet is outdated.
The Staff was friendly, and eager to fix problems like the fridge and internet. Yes, i would stay here again, because of the staff. The price was OK |

| Wall paper peeling on the walls. Nails sticking out of box springs in room. No coffee pot to go with coffee maker. No working ice machines. No extra towels or pillows. Carpet dirty and rumpled...tripped over hall carpet repeatedly. Landscaping not kept up. I reserved this hotel room blindly and will not stay here again. |

| We arrived late at night and the hotel staffer was very friendly and helpful. The first room assigned was dirty but within moments the staffer pleasantly and apologetically changed our room to a new one. The room needed some basic updating such as bathroom door scuffed and wallpaper peeling in small hidden area. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable and the provided soap/shampoo, etc was a nice touch. The only other thing to be aware of is that breakfast was not included. I would definitely stay here again. FYI: Indoor pool hours were 0830-2200. |
