| The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was was very clean and the rooms were nice size. Beds very comfortable. They charge for wifi, but if you become a member, they waive the charge. |

| Overall thing were OK, but internet was slow, no safe box in the room, no refrigerator. It seems that they didn't like reserving a room in the CLUB level through a third party. |

| Booked a room with two double beds and booking said breakfast was included. At check in we received a room with one king bed. Got that corrected. Next morning attempted to get breakfast and was told that our room booking did not include breakfast. Other wise the room was nice and our stay satisfactory.. |

| THe only issue we had was the "Free wifi" was limited to the lobby and the complementary breakfast was only for club level. |

| We booked this hotel for a daughter's weekend. We had a great time! Rooms were great, staff was fabulous and well worth the club level upgrade. Only down side was pool and hot tub were a little outdated but small kids won't care. We would most definitely stay here again! |

| We stayed here Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The staff was the best I have experienced. They were very pleasant and curteous. I will definatey stay here again in the future. |
