| I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. However, one day my mother and I didn't receive clean towels. Overall, we had a great time. We have shared with friends and family about our wonderful stay at the Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown! |

| We had a two room suite. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was a great add. We may plan better next time! |

| Trash cans in lobby/lounge areas were overflowing; we (guests) had to request garbage bags from the front desk and empty the trash ourselves. We were placed in a smoking room room although our reservation specified non-smoking. We were not compensated for this situation and the clerk was not at all apologetic. We will stay elsewhere for ISSMA Marching Band finals next year. |

| The only complaint I have is walking from the parking garage when there are unregistered cars in the hotel lot, all nite. |

| Near to the stadium and the convention center, but also a few meters from a 19th century coal plant. The breakfast is so-so.

| Overall, the hotel accomodations were great. We requested an extra blanket and it took over an hour to have that delivered to our room. The desk staff was very nice; however I thought the breakfast kitchen person was not very friendly or personable. |

| Very convenient to convention center, downtown,
lucas oil center, and freeway. Wonderful parking.
Quiet. First time to Indianapolis-lovely city, great
downtown, wonderful greenspace, museums. |

| Overall, tremendous value for the money. Conveniently located downtown w/quick access to dining establishments. Free full breakfasts and complimentary dinner items only added to the expereience. VERY helpful staff as well...... |

| The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were good size. The free breakfast and snacks in the evening helped to control costs for me. |

| As a family of 6, we are always looking for something affordable but the family size requires a suite most of the time. this has been by far the best hotel that we've stayed at on this vacation. we'll be in 4 more hotels and have stayed in 3 suites out of 4 hotels so far. the suites are the better option for us, and Staybridge was the best of the suites. Ironically, they were the better price to boot. Can't say enough positive about Staybridge Inn and Suites. |
