as long as you are there for one night or a short stay I would consider this motel to be adequate. the rooms where clean but dark "old looking" the breakfast was fine for one night stay, but bagels and muffins may get old after a day or two. not the best, certainly not the worst. Great location just south of Indianapolis.

It was close to the hoghway and easy access. However, the snow and ice was not cleared at all in their parking lot and because of that we had to park almost at the end of the building although the space outside our room was open. All the cars just parked anywhere and everywhere because you couldn't begin to see a parking space line. Lobby was dark and  scarey. Outside not well maintained. Inside the room was okay. Could use a good cleaning. Carpets were not swept along the edges. No tissues, no cream or sugar to go with the coffee that was in the room. If you want just a cheap place to sleep for the night - this would be it. No frills.

Room comfort
Hotel located near expressway and on major street with many retail and dining options available. Thought that they had a partnership with a local fitness center for hotel guests, but not the case at all. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
